IL Rt 38 and Anderson Road Intersection Improvements
Improvements are planned at the intersection of Illinois Route 38 and Anderson Road, including a new traffic signal, turn lane enhancements, roadway resurfacing, and updated lighting. Funded in part by IDOT, the project also includes grading for future pedestrian accommodations.
Blackberry Creek Subdivision Unit 15
A 282 single-family development located on the south side of Keslinger Road and east of Pouley Road in Blackberry Creek, to be developed as Lennar at Blackberry Creek. Lennar anticipates commencing construction in summer 2025, and will likely develop the project in two or more phases, with the first home deliveries anticipated in early 2026.
Williams Ridge Phase 5
A 34 lot single-family development located on the south side of Prairie Valley Street and east of Ridge Road, in the Williams Ridge Subdivision. Developed by Silverthorne Homes, construction in underway in Phase 5a.
Elburn Station
Elburn Station is a 505-acre master-planned community that includes a variety of homes, including single-family residences and low-maintenance Village Homes located to the north of the Anderson Road and Keslinger Road intersection developed by Shodeen Homes'.
Williams Ridge Phases 6 & 7
Williams Ridge Subdivision Phases 6 and 7, located near Willow Street and Paul Street, is a proposed 60 unit multi-family development featuring a mix of two-story villas and single-story homes developed by Silverthorne Homes.
