The Village of Elburn provides several convenient ways for you to pay your water bill.

Pay Online
Pay with credit card online anytime. Please note that Point&Pay charges a fee based on the amount of the transaction: 3% of the transaction amount or $2.00, whichever is greater.

Paperless Billing
To enroll in paperless water utility billing, complete the Paperless Billing Form, and return it to Village Hall. Water bills will be sent to your email address only and will no longer be physically mailed.

Mail or Drop off
You may mail or drop off your payment to the village with the included return envelope. Please include the bill stub and allow at least five business days for processing. The drop box is to the right of the front doors of the Village Hall.

Direct Debit
Make paying your utility bill effortless with our Direct Debit program! Once enrolled, your monthly bill will still arrive for your records, but you won’t need to write a check—your payment will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account just before the due date. This ensures your money stays in your account until it’s needed and gives you time to review your bill in case of any questions or errors.
For security reasons, we cannot accept Direct Debit applications via email. To enroll, print the Direct Debit Form and either mail it to Village Hall or include it with your next payment. Please allow two weeks for processing. Once approved, your bill stub will indicate your enrollment, and you can sit back and relax—your payment is taken care of automatically!
