- Water is billed at $5.84 per unit (1 unit = 100 cubic feet of water or 748 gallons).
- Sewer is billed at $8.20 per unit (1 unit = 100 cubic feet of water or 748 gallons).
Monthly bills also include a $9.58 minimum water service charge and a $7.96 minimum sewer service charge.
All water that passes through the water meter is charged both the water and sewer rates. Water used for new lawns, sod, filling swimming pools, etc. is charged both water and sewer rates.
