At its November 4 meeting, the Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing to review a zoning variance request from Silverthorne Homes for the Williams Ridge Subdivision Phases 6 and 7, located near Willow Street and Paul Street. The proposed multi-family development includes 60 units featuring a mix of two-story villas and single-story homes. Following the hearing, the Commission voted to recommend approval of the variance. The request will next be considered by the Village Board on November 17.
