The Downtown Façade Program aims to help business owners invest in their properties while improving the appearance and restoring the historic character of downtown Elburn. Up to a 50% matching grant to downtown business district businesses or building owners who construct eligible improvements to the façades of their buildings. The village will match dollar-for-dollar an owner’s investment to the appearance of their building’s storefront façade up to a maximum amount of $7,500.
