The Village will begin rehabilitation work on two water towers in 2026: the Prairie Valley North Elevated Water Tower on April 15 and Well 5 Water Tower in Blackberry Creek tentatively around June 1. Both towers will be cleaned, repaired, and repainted with the Village’s blue logo, with containment in place during paint removal. Nearby residents will receive construction notices prior to the start of work.
This project will help extend the life of these critical water assets while ensuring continued reliability and safety for our community.
